One-armed robot letters

We've already learnt about r, b, n, h.

Which letters have we got left to learn?

Today we are learning about m and k.

Have a look at the video below to see correct formation and then use lined paper to practise or print out page 11.

Music

Our Music lessons are themed alongside our topic of Dinosaurs. We will build upon on the skills and knowledge in music each week.

In today's session we will be learning a dinosaur rap and using some "instruments" to help us play the beat too.

Task 1: Let's learn the dinosaur rap. Click on the link below to view the dinosaur rap video.

You can pause and rewind the video as many times as you like to learn the lyrics (the words that go with the melody).

https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=yhQkUowpNNo

Task 2: Can you put some actions with your dinosaur rap that match what the lyrics are saying?

Task 3: Can you be resourceful and create a musical instrument at home? Have a look at the pictures below for some ideas. Once, you have an instrument can you try to follow the beat of the dinosaur rap whilst singing the lyrics?

Task 4: Performance time! Can you record or take pictures of your performance? Try to include yourself singing the lyrics, doing some actions to match the lyrics and using your instrument to show the beat of the rap too.
