Literacy - Your own version of Dangle! Paragraph 1 and 2
Using your Box It Up Plan's from yesterday, write your own version of dangle!
Remember to describe the setting and the man, use adverbs to describe how the man is moving. Use fronted adverbials to start your sentences in a creative way and remember that beautiful handwriting we have focused on!
Please read the example that I have written for my version, then write the first 2 paragraphs for your version.
Numeracy - Warm up and Word Problems
Please complete the subtraction warm up, remember to exchange when needed and knock on the neighbours door to borrow any chocolate!
Then, have a go at the word problems, read the questions carefully!
Science - Muscle labelling and investigation
Discuss the warm up questions. No need to write these down, use your knowledge to answer the questions verbally.
A few questions to think about:
How do muscles move?
Where are your biceps and triceps?
Where is the largest muscle in your body?
Then, watch this video on muscles and identifying muscles around the body: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UGSi_HwgX0k
Once you've gain the knowledge, answer the questions on the 'Identifying and Using Muscles Worksheet.'
Get somebody to test you where these muscles are in the body:
Glutes (Gluteus Maximus)
