We are continuing with the newspaper theme for our Literacy tasks this week, however we are going to be a little closer to home, we are going to report on something from Chellaston. Using the idea of being archaeologists, Year 3 and 4 are going to go on a dig and discover/uncover a find in Chellaston.
You will need to have a look at the Year 3 and 4 Go Digging Task Introduction sheet to help you get started – it tells you your task.
Then use the Year 3 and 4 Go Digging Plan sheet to help you prepare for your newspaper report writing. There is an EXAMPLE sheet to give you some guidance.
