1. It's work out time! Have a go at the exercises in the photos below. Alternatively, you could create your very own home obstacle course, commando crawling under a table/ chair, bear crawling up the stairs or even crab walking to the kitchen!
2. Practise forming a letter b. This is in the one arm robot family so we always start 'top to bottom and bounce'. You could do this on paper, in flour or sugar, or even in bubbles in the bath.
