Bookings must be made for each half term using the booking forms, which are emailed to registered users of the clubs. They are also available on the website, or paper copies are available from the school office.
Cancellations and amendments can be made up to 3:30pm the day before by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Parents are required to complete a new registration form each academic year.
Please post your completed registration and booking forms in the red post box in the school reception area.
