Year 3/4 will be grabbing their luggage and passports to travel the world! We will be visiting each continent around the world to explore cultures, landmarks, food and other exciting features of different countries. Spring 2

In science, we will be investigating solids, liquids and gases using chocolate and our bodies to explain how particles work and change between each state of matter. 

In literacy, we are writing formal and informal letters to Mrs 'Rolo'son about our new business that we are developing. Also, we are researching persuasive techniques in advertising to help our business thrive.

Hot House will continue teaching the use of trumpet or flute to Year 4's as the Year 3's will continue to practise their singing and recorder skills.

Art and computing is combined as we focus on digital art using Scratch with inspirations from Henri Matisse, focusing on how we can be creative and transforming his art into a digital form.

The Year 4's MTC check is soon approaching in Summer 1 and they are working so hard on their timestables, using TTRockstars or other times table games will help them prepare for Year 5.
