If your child is ill or not able to attend school as usual, please telephone 01332 691351 and select option 1 to leave a voicemail before 9.10am.  Please do not use Class Dojo or any other means to report absence.  

Please leave a clear message with your child's name, class, and a brief description of their symptoms.  

If you wish to make an application for Leave of Absence during term time please fill out the form below.  

Homefields Primary School will consider every application individually; its policy is NOT to grant leave of absence for a holiday during term time other than in the most exceptional circumstances. 

Time off school for family holidays is not a right. 

An application must be made in writing, with appropriate evidence in advance of the intended holiday.
